Rare surgery performed at Mehta’s Hospitals Total Elbow Replaced A complicated and rare orthopaedic surgery was performed on a male patient (50) recently at Mehta’s Hospitals. The surgery was successfully carried out by a team of Doctors and paramedics led by Dr. Ashok Sunil Gavaskar and Dr. Parthasarathy Srinivasan, orthopaedic surgeons. Addressing the media, Dr. Parthasarathy Srinivasan said this surgery was to replace the elbow of a man whose diagnosis and treatment was not done correctly earlier by the doctors he consulted before coming to Mehta’s Hospitals.
