The Indo Cine Appreciation Foundation, in association with the Embassy of Argentina, New Delhi, is organising a three-day film festival at the Russian Cultural Centre. The event was inaugurated on Monday by A.C. Mohandoss, Member, State Human Rights Commission, Chennai.
