Chennai, 18 July 2018: OnePlus, the global Android smartphone maker announced that OnePlus 6 has become OnePlus’ fastest selling smartphone, reaching the ‘10 lakhs units’ milestone globally, in just 22 days since launch. It is a sharp upward hike from the last flagship launch of the OnePlus 5T, which, up till now, was the company’s best selling smartphone. OnePlus 5 and OnePlus 5T each sold 10 lakhs units within three months of launch.
OnePlus recently announced a new variant of its most successful smartphone till date, the OnePlus 6 in Red. The OnePlus 6 Red, which is a dramatic take on the OnePlus 6 comes with an amber-like glass back finish and stands for sophistication and empowerment. It is available in 8+128 GB at INR 39,999 and is available on Amazon.in and oneplus.in.
OnePlus’ latest flagship, the OnePlus 6 was launched globally on May 22 and was evidently the most awaited flagship of 2018. It is the first smartphone to be released in India featuring Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor with 8GB of RAM and upto 256 GB of storage. The OnePlus 6 – the first in OnePlus’ line of flagships to feature an all-glass design – is the company’s most sophisticated handset to date. With a 6.28-inch Full Optic AMOLED 19:9 display – OnePlus’ largest-ever screen – the OnePlus 6 offers an immersive viewing experience, while keeping a similar form factor to that of the OnePlus 5T.
